Application for Associate Membership

The Northwest Indian Housing Association (NWIHA) is a non-profit association of tribes, tribal housing authorities, and Tribally Designated Housing Entities (TDHEs) operating in the Pacific Northwest. NWIHA members provide safe, sanitary, decent, and affordable housing for the Tribal members of the Northwest.

How to Join

All applications are subject to review and approval by the Executive Committee of NWIHA

Voting Members:

The following entities are eligible for full voting membership.

Indian Housing Authorities
Tribally-Designated Housing Entities (TDHEs)
Tribes that have not designated a TDHE and are authorized recipients of grants for Indian Housing from HUD
Dues are on a sliding scale based on your gross annual revenues.

Associate Members

Public interest groups, businesses and other entities, including Federally-recognized tribes not otherwise eligible for voting membership, may apply to become non-voting Associate Members.
